Recent Damage Caused by Power Outage - 09/16/2023

If you sustained any damage/loss due to the power surge/outage that occurred over the weekend and are an Xcel customer, Xcel Energy has a Claim Application form on their website that customers can complete and submit to them so that a claim can be initiated and reviewed for possible payment.

Below is a link that will take you to the Claim Application form on their website. PLEASE NOTE THE FIRST PAGE, WHICH CONTAINS THE INFORMATION YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE ALONG WITH THE CLAIM APPLICATION FORM TO XCEL.

If you are unable to print a form, we will have copies available for pick up at City Hall. We can provide the application form, but we are unable to assist in completing it as it is a matter between the customer and Xcel.
